Cleveland Heights opts in on savings with county health care plan

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Beginning Sept. 1, the city will pool resources with Cuyahoga County to save a projected $400,00 to $450,000 on health care for its full-time employees.

Those projections cover the next 16 months, through the county's Benefits Regionalization Program, which obtains lower insurance rates through a higher volume of participants.
