Only one Cuyahoga County community has yet to sign an anti-poaching agreement

Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald says the county is on the cusp ofsomething unseen in this region in a long time: Unanimity.

As of last week, 58 of 59 communities in Cuyahoga County, the executive said, had signed on to the couty's economic cooperation agreement -- better known as the anti-poaching pledge. Part of the promise: Don't pursue companies in other county communities that have not expressed a desire to leave. Cities who agree will have a better shot at tapping into the county's $100 million economic development fund.
