No more anti-poaching holdouts

Most of Cuyahoga County’s 59 communities have agreed to the county’s anti-poaching protocol, advocated by County Executive Ed FitzGerald as a way to keep county communities from fighting over the same businesses and instead present a more unified front toward countywide economic development. In the Hillcrest area, two communities were notably absent from the lengthy list of communities that have ratified the agreement — Highland Heights and Mayfield Heights. That is, until earlier this month.
