Euclid resident named NOACA Board president

The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency recently selected Euclid resident Ed Jerse to serve as the agency’s board president this year.

Jerse, a former state representative, is now Cuyahoga County Director of Regional Collaboration and works in the office of Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald.

NOACA is a transportation and environmental planning agency that represents state, county, city, village, and township officials. The agency addresses the transportation, air quality, and water quality needs of Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina counties.
